Muscle Imbalance Testing & Movement Pattern Assessment
September 11, 2010

Get ahead with this practical 20-step system for identifying dysfunctional movement patterns and testing for muscle imbalances that can cause client injury and impede their performance.

  • Find out the inter-relationship that exists between the upper and lower chains of the body, how certain patterns of posturing can create muscular imbalances (coupled dominance and weakness) and how insufficient or dysfunctional muscle recruitment strategies can create systematic deficiency in a movement pattern
  • Practice comprehensive assessment techniques to identify dysfunctional movement patterns and recruitment deficiencies that formulate your corrective exercise plan with measurable results

Movement Pattern Assessments have become the forefront in designing effective training plans and provide invaluable measures in performance and injury prevention strategies.
