Annual Memberships to TARGET Personal Training & Health Services Inc., Vancouver’s leading centre for the provision of training and health services within a fully supervised fitness environment 7 days a week.
Health and Wellness Assessments:
Essential Kinetics’ assessments include a stress management overview, nutritional screen, postural screen and neuromuscular analysis to identify risk for injury for employees.
Healthy Changes Program:
Your choice of private training sessions, which includes an individualized fitness program designed specifically for your employees’ chosen environment (fitness facility, home or outdoors) or health consultations to address your employees’ nutrition, stress management or wellness needs.
Health Services Access:
Essential Kinetics will coordinate employee access to Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care and Private Training Services with a Medical Exercise Specialist.
